Welcome to the website of St. Mary the Virgin, Bury, commonly known as Bury Parish Church.
We are a Church of England parish, steeped in tradition. There has been a church on this site for over a thousand years and we now have this magnificent Grade I listed building in the centre of Bury.
SEE News and Updates page for details of the Scout Troop's 90th anniversary celebration on 14 September 2014
