Ground Works

As we begin with the next phrase of ground works, an interim Faculty has been granted for an archaeological investigation. The purpose of a watching brief is to allow the preservation by record of archaeological deposits, the presence and nature of which could not be established in advance of development or other potentially disruptive works.

This image shows the damage to the flagstones around the church. Do have a look at the boards in the north aisle, which show the planned works.

This investigation work will take place on Monday, 22nd June.

No parking will be allowed on the North side of the church on that date.
